Beyond Believing Colors
Finished the center illustration of Frank and Sadie Doyle for the poster I'm making myself. Now to compose the background text elements into a BEYOND BELIEF 'movie' poster ala The Thin Man.

In my "Free Time" (the hours of 3-5 am) I've been inspired to draw myself another Thrilling Adventure Hour poster -- This one is inspired by the recent Beyond Belief episode #153 "When Cthulhu Cthalls". Hopefully I can get it done in time for Emerald City Comic-Con where many of the TAH cast and Crew will be, and I'll be able to get it signed. I'll be working the convention at the Girl Genius booth (which is good, considering that I'd never be able to afford tickets to the show they are doing that weekend with the Welcome to Nightvale podcast)
Meanwhile - over in Kickstarter land, Pairs is only 11K away from unlocking my Professor Elemental themed deck. I have all the cards sketched and about half of them are passed the inking stage.
Busy time... why am I up at 6am again? RIGHT! Making stuff! ...

James Ernest is running a kickstarter for his game Pairs - and one of the high-end stretch goals is a themed deck with art by me, based on the steampunk hip-hop artist Professor Elemental. As of today (March 1st) you only have 13 days to secure your own copy of what is likely to be a very limited edition.
Dipping my toes
So in order to raise some funds to keep my little family fed and off the streets begging for food - I've set up a teeny-tiny online print and original art store using a site called "SupaDupa" that was recommended to me by a very helpful denizen of the internet (Thanks @RocketJohn !)
I've only posted only a few art prints at the moment - But I also plan to to put up original art and a line of limited-time-only 'Prints of the Week' that will rotate out every monday morning.

Mamma Bonte Returns
A new Deadlands Noir piece, featuring the voodoo woman from the Hard Boiled in the Big Easy audio thing I made for DLN last year.
Speaking of which (witch?) -- if the posts I'm seeing on Google+ are not part of some elaborate plot, supporters of the Deadlands Noir kickstarter have started getting their reward packages. Including the much desired "Noir Double Action" deck . If you weren't a supporter, (for shame!) - I believe you'll be able to get them at GenCon or soon afterwards via Pinnacle's website
The Girl Genius Reprint Frenzy
So let me tell you about this - and just leave it at that.
Phil & Kaja Foglio - the people that pay my rent - are trying to fundraise to print the new volume of Girl Genius.
It hit the goal on day two - and is now deep into stretch goal territory. Now the focus moves to reprinting older books. Many of the (HUGO award winning) Girl Genius volumes have gone out of print in the last year and with the power of 'stretch goals' we (you and me) can fix that.
